Are you legally allowed to carry paying passengers in France?

Yes.

We are licenced by the French Transport Authorities to offer passenger transport within France. Our current licence number is 2018/84/0002332. Our French company operates under the name of SARL 3 Vallee Transfers France (Siret - 450 179 734 00014).

You should not travel with another company who cannot provide a number or certificate such as this.  If you are paying for your transfer, you will not be insured as they are offering transfers illegally.

A full list of companies licenced to carry out transfers within the region can be found by clicking HERE.  Transfer companies licenced in the neighbouring region but still able to carry out professional transport activities within the 3 Vallées can be found HERE.  If their name's not on the list then don't get in.

What time do I write in the online booking form for our flight or train?

If looking to be collected from a flight or train, please enter the time it lands in Geneva for example, and NOT the time it takes off from the original airport.

If returning to the airport at the end of your stay, please enter the time your flight or train departs. Our system will automatically schedule an appropriate departure time from resort so that you arrive approximately two hours before your flight takes off.

Should you wish to arrive earlier, please state this in the box provided and we will update your departure time accordingly once we have received your booking.

Yes. You can pre-book specific child seats via our online system. We have either rear facing baby seats or forward facing child seats available from Maxi-Cosi. All of our vehicles carry basic booster seats too.
