1. Are you legally allowed to carry paying passengers in France?
Yes. We are licensed by the French Transport Authorities to offer passenger transport within France. Our original license number was 2003/82/0002605 but has been superceded by 2008/82/0002387.


You should not travel with another company who cannot provide a number or certificate such as this. If you are paying for your transfer, you will not be insured as they are offering transfers illegally.
2. What if my flight is delayed?
If you are traveling on a private transfer, we will wait at the airport at no extra cost. All we ask in return is that you call our French Office to notify us of the delay in case it has not been highlighted on our system. Should your flight be cancelled and therefore you arrive on an alternative day, you will be charged for a second transfer if you want us to collect you.
If you are traveling on a shared minibus and miss your transfer, we will put you on the next available minibus wherever possible. Unfortunately however, there is no guarantee that there will be a spare seat but we will do whatever possible to help.
3. Is there a reduction for children?
Unfortunately as children occupy a seat to themselves by law, they are charged at the same rate as adults. Please note however, we do supply child and booster seats at no extra cost and we do not increase our fares during the school holidays.
4. Are you able to provide child and booster seats?
Yes. We will ask you to confirm your requirements during the booking process. They will be provided free of charge. Have a look here to see our superb child carrying capabilities in association with Maxi-Cosi.
5. Do we have to share the vehicle with other passengers?
If you have booked a private transfer with us you will be given sole occupancy of the vehicle. Last minute offers may however be sold on a shared transfer basis but you will be made fully aware of this when booking. Shared transfers are sold on a per seat basis and therefore you will be travelling with other passengers.
We do however reserve the right to carry Three Vallee Transfers employees on any of our vehicles.
6. What type of vehicles do you have?
We have a fleet of eleven, identical, luxury, Volkswagen Caravelle minibuses together with a Volkswagen Tiguan which can be seen by clicking here. All are 4x4 and fully air-conditioned. They are all brand new each winter highlighting our commitment to providing an extremely safe and reliable service.
7. Are we able to bring several pairs of skis and snowboards?
Yes. There is plenty of room for skis and snowboards within the vehicle. Please let us know if you plan on bringing more than four snowboard 'bodybags' however so that we can forewarn your driver of his impending game of bootspace Tetras.
8. Our group is arriving on two separate flights. How do we make the booking?
If your group wishes to travel altogether, simply enter the latest flight arrival details into the booking system. The return details should relate to the earliest flight departure.
9. How do we pay for our booking?
Our online booking system now allows you to pay for your transfers by credit card. There is no surcharge for this facility. Contact our UK Office for any other queries on 0044 1782 644420.
